Pasture Finished Beef -
Pasture-finished beef is raised on pasture and supplemented with grain feed. It is more tender and marbled than grass-fed beef. The cattle spend their entire lives in open, free-range pasture, but are fed grain in a trough about once a day. In contrast, conventional beef production is from grain-fed cattle that spend only a portion of their lives in a pasture.
